In midst of betrayal and scandal, how will autoworkers decide if a UAW-negotiated contract should be ratified?

How will free-thinking automaker workers analyze any tentative agreement that would end the GM-UAW strike? I’d be wondering, “is this the best they could do?”More importantly, I’d be wondering if the strike was even necessary, or just a way to distract workers from all of the corruption, lies and deceit. Group-think members will probably vote for whatever they are told to approve, but those who analyze the agreement (especially when comparing it to original offers) and question the loyalty of their leadership will have a very difficult decision to make. More details are now emerging – at the worst time for employees who will have to vote on any deal.
